The best goal you should achieve early in your business is building a solid reputation that puts you on the map as an expert with the knowledge to support that standing. It requires some effort on your part, but you can purposely position your self so people are more inclined to think of you as an expert.

Obviously, at this point in time social media has become extremely important in very many ways. Just look at the massive growth sites like Twitter and Facebook have had in the past few years, with millions and millions of people joining in for a social experience. You know we are getting at making smart use of Facebook and other sites to get in front of your audience and let them know you are an expert. When you think about it, gaining the trust of someone online is very similar to being able to do that offline - so be patient.

Hosting a teleseminar is not as difficult as people make it out to be; you can easily rent a telephone known as the 'Bridge Line' to host the teleseminar. As for your attendees, they can just call the number you give them at the scheduled time and listen in and interact. We think it is probably best to go with the free teleseminar because there is no media involved, and it is just a phone call. But after you give every teleseminar you will also have added to your content because they can be re-purposed into audio podcasts.

The better webinar hosting services are a little expensive, so this may be a great alternative for you to try.

Think about taking your killer free content, turn it into PDFs and then publish them all over online in directories that will accept them.

Remember that this is a form of preselling, and you always need to put a lot of value into them. Classic brand marketing and even relationship marketing because you are offering highly valuable information to your market for free. The length of your content just depends on what you are planning to write about, or offer. So use this possibly viral approach with as much else you can do as possible. We will not kid you and tell you that everything is a walk in the park because it is not, but all of it can become one later on after all that upfront work is done.
